Tailored / personalised EE training:

EECMS does not provide in-person training (since we are based in Cape Town, and travel would incur further costs).

We do however provide virtual EE training sessions, at R 1 990.00 Ex VAT per hour, at least 2 hours needed.

We then allow an additional 1 hour at no additional cost (should there be questions and answers in excess).

We provide training material, and unlimited delegates within your Company can attend (the more the merrier, no additional cost).

Total cost of R 3 980.00 Ex VAT for the session.

  • EE Act, as amended (effective date 1 January 2025).
  • Definition of designated employer, and who needs to comply.
  • Compliancy requirements (all sections as per the Summary of the EE Act, as amended).
  • Repercussions for non-compliance.
  • Roles and responsibilities of the EE Manager and EE Committee and
  • Latest EAP targets (as well as proposed sectoral numerical targets) and how to determine under-represented races and genders to inform your EE Plan.

  • Meeting minutes.
  • Attendance registers to be completed by the Union Representatives / EE Committee Representatives.
  • Latest formal appointment letter of the EE Manager.
