Why comply?

Designated Employers need to comply with the Employment Equity Act number 55 of 1998 and the Employment Equity Amendment Bill gazetted on 1 August 2014, as well as all other regulatory EE amendments.

1. Eliminate fines and penalties.

2. Be able to obtain BBBEE points under the relevant elements pertaining to Employment Equity.
